Use the search bar on the homepage or access the "Properties" section from the menu. You can filter by type (apartment, house, villa), transaction (sale/rent), city, area, number of rooms, price, and surface area.

Click the heart icon on any property card to save it to favorites. Saved properties are accessible from the "Favorites" section in the menu. For cross-device sync, create a free account.

Configure your desired filters on the search page, then save the search as an alert. You'll be automatically notified when new properties matching your criteria appear. Manage alerts from the "Favorites" → "Alerts" tab.

On each property page, you'll find the agent's contact information. You can call directly, send an email, or message via WhatsApp. You can also access the full agent profile with all their listings.

Go to "My Account" from the menu, then press the edit button next to your name. You can modify your name and phone number. To change your email, contact us at office@northbucharestinvestments.ro.

Go to "My Account" → "Notifications" → you can disable individual notifications or by category. For search alerts, you can deactivate each alert individually from the "Alerts" section.

Yes! The NIB platform is completely free for users. You can search properties, save favorites, create alerts, and contact agents at no cost. There are no subscriptions or hidden fees.
