By using the North Bucharest platform (website and mobile application), you automatically accept these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any of them, please do not use the platform.

2. Service Description

North Bucharest provides a digital platform for searching and discovering real estate properties. Services include: property search with advanced filters, saving favorite properties, search alerts for new properties, contacting real estate agents, real estate market information.

3. User Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

All platform content (texts, images, logos, design) is protected by copyright and belongs to North Bucharest or its partners. Copying, modifying, or distributing content without prior written consent is prohibited.

5. Listings and Information

North Bucharest does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of information in property listings. Users are advised to verify all details directly with real estate agents before making any decisions. Photos and descriptions are provided for informational purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

North Bucharest is not responsible for any financial loss resulting from the use of the platform. We are not a party to any real estate transaction and do not assume liability for their outcome. The platform is provided "as is" without expressed or implied warranties.

7. Prohibited Behavior

It is strictly prohibited: publishing false or misleading content, harassing other users or agents, unauthorized access to North Bucharest systems, using the platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes, automated data collection (scraping).

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through in-app notifications, email, or updating this page. Continued use of the platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes will be resolved by competent courts in Bucharest, Romania.
