North Bucharest Investments repays over 1 million euros to investors ahead of schedule through Stock.estate | Three funding rounds settled before maturity

North Bucharest Investments (NBI) has repaid over 1 million euros ahead of schedule to investors on the Stock.estate platform, covering the principal from three funding rounds. The repayments were made approximately one month before their contractual maturity dates, together with interest calculated for the actual investment period. This milestone strengthens the partnership between the two companies and highlights the growing role of real estate crowdfunding in financing the property sector.

Three funding rounds repaid ahead of schedule

North Bucharest Investments, a real estate advisory and brokerage firm, announces the early settlement of three funding rounds conducted through Stock.estate, a European real estate crowdfunding platform. The total principal repaid exceeds 1 million euros, in addition to interest accrued over the actual financing period. All three repayments were made approximately one month before their contractual maturity dates.

This marks a new milestone in the collaboration between NBI and Stock.estate, at a time when access to capital, repayment track records and the ability to meet financial commitments are becoming essential to strengthening investor confidence.

“Capital raised supports growth, but capital repaid builds trust. For NBI, settling three funding rounds worth over one million euros ahead of schedule reflects the responsibility with which we manage our investor relationships and the financial discipline underpinning our development. We are focused on a scalable business model, strong partnerships and access to capital to support our next phase of growth,” says Vlad Musteață, Founder & CEO, North Bucharest Investments.

Stock.estate: nearly 15 million euros invested

The partnership with NBI is developing during a period of rapid growth for Stock.estate, a European platform specialising in crowdfunding for real estate projects. As of 21 October 2026, Stock.estate reported approximately 14,6 million euros in invested capital, approaching the 15 million euro mark. The platform had over 17.400 users and 105 funded campaigns, while total principal repaid had reached approximately 6 million euros and interest paid to investors exceeded 913.000 euros.

This growth reflects the development of an investment segment that connects private capital with the financing needs of real estate companies, offering a complementary alternative to traditional bank lending. Real estate crowdfunding enables investors to help finance property projects and operations without purchasing properties directly, subject to the terms and risks specific to each campaign.

“The future of real estate financing will not depend exclusively on bank capital. Real estate crowdfunding opens access to a broader investor base and provides companies with a complementary source of funding with genuine potential to scale. Yet the maturity of this model is measured not only in the millions of euros raised, but above all in capital repaid and trust reaffirmed. The three rounds settled ahead of schedule by NBI demonstrate the importance of financial discipline in an investment partnership. Repaid capital can enter a new investment cycle, and this mechanism can support the development of a more dynamic and accessible market. Our aim is to make real estate crowdfunding a relevant, recurring source of financing for the property sector,” says Vicențiu Vlad, CEO of Stock.estate.

In a sector where swift access to capital can influence the pace of development and companies’ ability to seize commercial opportunities, alternative financing is becoming increasingly relevant. For investors, early repayment of principal can allow capital to be reallocated to other opportunities sooner, reducing the time funds remain uninvested.

Reinvesting principal and earned interest can support successive investment cycles, depending on the opportunities available and each investor’s risk profile. At the same time, these instruments carry specific risks, including the potential loss of capital, and past performance does not guarantee future results.

For companies accessing crowdfunding, a strong repayment track record is an important part of building financial credibility and preparing for future capital-raising rounds. The partnership between North Bucharest Investments and Stock.estate illustrates how private capital can support tangible real estate operations through a model built on access to financing, transparency and fulfilment of contractual commitments.

North Bucharest Investments: growth and a stronger regional presence

North Bucharest Investments works with over 80 developers and manages a portfolio of over 100 residential projects, approximately 40% of which it represents exclusively. NBI’s strategy focuses on diversifying its portfolio, expanding its commercial and financial partnerships, and strengthening its regional operations.

Within this framework, the collaboration with Stock.estate forms part of its strategy to diversify access to capital and lays the groundwork for new investment opportunities. By repaying the three funding rounds ahead of schedule, North Bucharest Investments and Stock.estate mark a tangible outcome of their collaboration and strengthen the foundations for their continued partnership, in a market where trust, predictability and financial performance are becoming essential criteria for attracting capital.
