Casă 3 dormitoare de închiriat, grădină și piscină comună

Owners, we are offering for the first time a bright passive house for rent, arranged on the ground floor and first floor, in the private residential community Hambar 44, located in Mogoșoaia. The complex is small, consisting of only 12 homes grouped into four triplexes, and the available house occupies the central position in one of them. The project stands out through its contemporary architecture with Scandinavian influences, privacy, and controlled access. For comfort and privacy, the homes were built with double walls and additional sound insulation between units. The property is located in a green and quiet area, between Moțoc Forest and Bogdana Forest, close to Mogoșoaia Park and Palace. Nearby are the 436 and 470 bus stops, as well as Mogoșoaia train station, with direct connection to Gara de Nord. Layout The day area is spacious and very bright, with an open-space living, dining, and kitchen, as well as direct access to the terrace and garden. The interior has a modern, soft-loft inspired character: exposed concrete ceiling, black track lighting, neutral finishes, white and wood furniture, and textile accents that add warmth and personality to the space. - Ground floor: generous living room with dining area, open and fitted kitchen, hallway, and bathroom with shower. - First floor: master bedroom with dressing room and en-suite bathroom, two additional bedrooms, and a bathroom with bathtub. The day area is furnished, and two of the three bedrooms are furnished. The third bedroom is unfurnished and can be arranged as needed, as a child’s room, office, or guest room. Private Garden The house benefits from its own garden of approximately 60 sqm, with a terrace and outdoor furniture. The garden is landscaped with perennial plants and features a drip irrigation system with timer, making it easy to maintain and suitable for relaxation or spending time outdoors. Large glazed surfaces create a natural connection between the living room, terrace, and garden, ensuring plenty of natural light in the day area.
